It will not be possible to create, edit, or delete web groups for 10 - 15 minutes, starting at 10am on Thursday. Read-only operations will still be available. Applications that use WebGroups to, for example, control access by web group membership, will be unaffected.

This change is to allow us to perform essential maintenance on the WebGroups database to improve performance and stability.
